Service Direct

Service Direct is our ‘smart’ service booking system that is custom-designed for large vehicle fleets or smaller business users to use as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for service bookings at group level.

We provide a central contact that booking agents or fleet drivers can use easily to make a service or repair reservation using our dealer management diary system linked to all our branches.

Service Direct will handle any vehicle requirements by telephone, fax or e-mail to our business centre confirming within one hour of receipt any appointment made for service or repair, including collection & delivery if required.

Group Central Billing

  • Arnold Clark central billing enables vehicle fleet and business users to have service business accounts maintained at a central location.
  • Business user customers will have a consolidated bill and a central point of contact rather than having accounts at numerous branches within the group.
  • This will ease administration within your business.
  • You will have a central credit reference within our Group.
